Our Story

Painting, Water Proofing & Allied Services Since 1991

Sunray Projects cc was established in 1991, specialising in interior and exterior painting, wall coating, roof painting, epoxy coating of floors, roof repairs, waterproofing and allied fields, and we have been successfully operating in the Residential and Commercial market for the past thirty two years.
The Company is a family concern owned and managed by Jeff Halkier, who has been operating in this field for over thirty years. His son Gavin manages the painting teams, together with four other Supervisors, overseeing a staff of 45 painters. He also does flat roof torching and waterproofing.
We take pride in our prompt and efficient service and pay careful attention to our customers’ specific requests and needs. Our motto is ‘No Mess No Fuss’ and our aim is to protect and enhance the value of your property.
We use locally manufactured, and imported, materials of the highest quality and offer extremely competitive prices in all our fields. We give free, no obligation quotations, and all our work carries a guarantee.
